Controller and scope

This policy covers visitors to blazararmoring.com and en.blazararmoring.com, vehicle and service enquiries, requested calls and correspondence. The website is informational. Submitting a form does not in itself place an order or make a payment.

Enquiries and requested calls

The vehicle enquiry form uses your name, phone number and optional email address. The contact form may also use your optional comment or question. The purposes are to respond, clarify your needs, arrange communication and prepare a proposal. Do not submit passport, payment, health or children’s data, other people’s information or confidential material through an ordinary form. Attachments are not accepted.

A voluntary enquiry is processed on the basis of separate consent given through an initially empty checkbox and submission of that particular form. This consent is separate from advertising, analytics, the map and contractual terms. Where necessary to enter into a contract at your initiative, perform it or meet legal obligations, the relevant independent basis under Article 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ applies. You may contact us by phone instead. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.

Job applicants

The vacancies page provides an email address for applications. When you apply for a specific vacancy at your initiative, the contact details, education, experience and professional skills you provide are used to assess your application and contact you. Do not submit excessive identity documents, health, family or other special-category data without a separate need and legal basis.

Assessment for a specific role and necessary steps at a candidate’s initiative towards an employment contract have an independent basis where permitted by law. The assessment lasts until selection is completed, at most six months without another basis. Talent-pool retention requires a separate basis, including separate consent where applicable. Cookie choices and ordinary enquiry consent do not replace recruitment procedures.

Technical data and external services

Essential technical cookies and random identifiers support pages, security, form validation and choice storage. Hosting logs may include an IP address, time, request path and response code. Minimal consent evidence contains a timestamp, random identifier, purpose or categories, revision and a text snapshot; contact fields are not duplicated in this evidence log.

Yandex Metrica 95901116 and the embedded Yandex Map load only after you independently allow the corresponding category. They remain off before a choice and after refusal. Session recording, click maps and automatic link tracking are disabled. The analytics page view sends only the site root, without a path, query or form contents. Fonts and interface libraries are local; Google reCAPTCHA does not load. Links to social, video and messaging services open at your initiative and are then governed by the selected service.

Access and recipients

Authorised staff and necessary hosting, email and technical-support providers have access within their functions and contractual duties. Initial recording and the website database are on a server in Russia, as confirmed by the owner. Forms send enquiries to info@blazararmoring.com. An email domain alone does not establish where mail is stored; the controller must ensure the actual provider’s conditions.

If you enable analytics or the map, the corresponding Yandex service receives technical information. Hosting the website in Russia does not mean that no information reaches any external recipient. Contact details are not sold or published from enquiries. Publishing client or employee materials, photographs or reviews requires an independent lawful basis; submitting a form does not authorise publication.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries are kept until the work is completed, at most one year after the last substantive contact unless another lawful basis applies. Contract, accounting, tax and other mandatory records are retained for the legally required periods on their respective basis. Optional-service choices last 180 days; form tokens last up to 24 hours. Minimal consent evidence and text revisions are retained for up to three years.

Data are blocked where verification is necessary, erased or destroyed when the purpose is met, a period expires or a lawful request requires it. Mail, logs and backups, if created, must be managed by the controller according to purpose and retention periods; erased information must not return to routine processing after recovery. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or end processing on another lawful basis.

Requests and withdrawal

Analytics and map choices can be changed in the footer, separately on each domain. Disabling a category stops further loading and may reload the page. Available first-party analytics identifiers are removed; third-party cookies may need removal in your browser. This does not automatically erase an enquiry already sent.

For access, correction, restriction, deletion or withdrawal, contact info@blazararmoring.com or the controller’s address. Provide enough information to identify your enquiry; do not send a passport through a normal form without a separate need. Under applicable Russian law, information requests are answered within ten working days, with a reasoned extension of up to five working days where allowed. Following withdrawal, consent-based data are destroyed within the statutory period of up to 30 days unless another basis applies; special statutory periods take precedence.
